Drawn from the extensive collection of the National Gallery of Australia, this exhibition reveals the staggering contribution Australian women artists have made to abstract art.

Through the work of artists from different eras, the exhibition reveals a passion for colour, shape and rhythm and a dedication to experimentation and conceptual innovation.

Includes works by Margaret Preston, Dorrit Black, Grace Crowley, Anne Dangar through to Inge King, Yvonne Audette, Margo Lewers, Janet Dawson and Melinda Harper, among others.
