Scarf Festival 2018 - Living on the Land

This must-see textile exhibition is an eclectic showcase of original handcrafted scarves entered by anyone - from school kids to beginner crafters to accomplished artisans from Australia and internationally.

2018 theme: Living on the Land

Most of the scarves displayed in the exhibition are available for purchase although all scarves must remain on display until the close of the exhibition.

The exhibition is accompanied by a range of public programs displaying traditional crafts as well as some of the more unusual and cutting edge techniques.

Hosted by the National Wool Museum since 2008 the Scarf Festival attracts hundreds of entries each year culminating in a fantastic exhibition opening launch event.
