Follow the popular Autumn Pie & Tart Trail featuring delicious autumn treats to enjoy under the autumn leaves or by a cosy fire. Vote for your favourite plant-based dish on the delicious Macedon Ranges Edgy Vege Trail. Or wet your whistle on curated hop-on-hop-off train and self-drive Tipple Trails where you'll get a taste of locally produced wine craft beer gin and cider served up in friendly country pubs distillery and brewery doors.

The festival provides opportunities to tap into your creative side with artisan workshops inspired by autumn. While garden lovers will relish the chance to explore open autumn gardens dotted across the region.

Each weekend you'll find an authentic country farmers market in a different village - keep an eye out for the lovable Gardeners puppets roaming the crowds handing out gifts and heartwarming notes.

Visitors can even plan their trip around an Autumn Leaf Colour Trail that links seven historic villages and traverses backcountry roads ablaze with autumn colours.
The Macedon Ranges Autumn Festival offers a program of free and ticketed events to enjoy from 1 - 30 April. Less than an hour's drive from Melbourne you can easily spend the day or plan a nature getaway.
