The Q Train is a restaurant that travels along the historic Bellarine Railway between Drysdale and Queenscliff.

Never before has Australia seen a heritage rail line used for showcasing local food, wine, beer and cider. We're inviting locals and visitors alike to come aboard our restored carriages and enjoy a gastronomical journey unlike anything else you have experienced.

In 2019, Australian MasterChef were wowed by the experience and hosted a team challenge episode on board The Q Train!

We are serving local produce on every journey from the comfort of our refurbished dining cars; providing every customer with a delicious rail journey, and unique views of Swan Bay and the Bellarine. Wine and dine in style with The Q Train.

Billed as Australia's Premier Rail Restaurant and it lives up to it

A Thursday celebrating a birthday, gave us a good reason to check out this dining experience we had heard so much about.

Our server made the day explaining in detail about the local produce and wines.

Food was hot and delicious, each course with a paired local wine that came at perfect intervals.

What made it really special for us was the family owned business attention to detail, we felt special and loved every minute.

Highly recommend first class option for special occasions.

From the time you arrive to board the train to the time you depart, the service from all the staff is excellent. The meal was so good all local produce which is so good for the region.
